The District of Columbia PSC granted PPL EnergyPlus, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, and a natural gas supplier license to serve commercial and industrial customers.

Little Deep, LLC Seeks License in New State

Little Deep, LLC has applied for a Maryland electric license. A copy of the application was not immediately available, but Little Deep, LLC typically acts as a broker. As previously reported, Little Deep, LLC is an affiliate of Heaney Energy Corp. (Heat USA), which describes itself as the largest consumer energy buying consortium in the United States, and is entering the retail electricity and natural gas brokering business.
