Start-up Collegiate Clean Energy Seeks Supplier License

As listed on a Maryland PSC docket sheet, "Collegiate Clean Energy, Inc." applied for a Maryland electric supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available. Presumably, the company is an affiliate of (or is, with an erroneous Inc. label) Collegiate Clean Energy, LLC, a new retail supplier whose launch was first reported by Matters last month. Collegiate Clean Energy, LLC is owned by East Coast Clean Energy of Virginia LLC and Ingenco Holdings, LLC, and has stated that it will provide clean, green energy to colleges and universities.

Trademark Merchant Energy Receives License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Trademark Merchant Energy, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large commercial (over 25 kW demand) and industrial customers in all service areas.

Energy Choice, Inc. Receives License in New State

The Maryland PSC granted Energy Choice, Inc. an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers.

Power Target LLC Receives License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Power Target LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As previously reported, Power Target, LLC has launched an online brokering website and platform designed to be integrated into existing, third-party websites
