Duquesne Light Sees Weekly Growth in Residential Shopping Double

Duquesne Light saw the weekly growth in the number of residential customers on competitive supply more than double in the most recent week, while PECO continued to see steady growth, according to the November 14 migration data from the Pennsylvania PUC.

From November 7 to November 13, PECO saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 2,200 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 2,600 accounts. A new, higher residential Price to Compare took effect at PECO on October 1.

From November 4 to November 10, Duquesne Light saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,800 accounts, more than double the week-ago growth of 800 accounts.

From November 8 to November 14, West Penn Power saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,650 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 1,700 accounts.

From November 8 to November 14, Penelec saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 950 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 700 accounts.

From November 8 to November 14, Met-Ed saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 550 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 500 accounts.

From November 8 to November 14, Penn Power saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 340 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 300 accounts.

Updated data for PPL was not reported in the November 14 stats.
