Independence Energy Preparing to Launch Gas Service in Four States

Network marketer Independence Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Plus Holdings LLC (an NRG Energy, Inc. company) has announced its initial natural gas markets.

Included in the initial natural gas markets for Independence Energy are:

• Georgia: Atlanta Gas Light

• Illinois: Nicor Gas

• California: Pacific Gas & Electric

• New Jersey: Public Service Electric & Gas, New Jersey Natural Gas, South Jersey Gas, and Elizabethtown Gas

The launch in each market is expected before the end of the year.
