NDR Energy Group, LLC, which is engaged in natural gas marketing, has applied for market-based rate authority at FERC, stating that it, "intends to operate and sell electric energy as a retail electric provider in states that provide for retail choice."

NDR Energy Group LLC is a natural gas marketer which has focused on serving utility companies and municipalities, in addition to commercial and industrial customers. NDR Energy Group recently launched a new sales division to begin marketing natural gas to large commercial and industrial customers in the southern United States.

NDR Energy manages 1,800,000 dth of firm pipeline capacity, delivering 300,000,000 dth annually to its customer base.

Sales revenue for 2011 exceeded $71 million.

NDR also provides energy management services and offers other energy products such as propane, refined petroleum products, energy efficient lighting systems, and alternative/renewable energy solutions to help reduce clients' carbon footprints.

NDR is nationally certified as a Minority Business Enterprise.

NDR is a partially owned subsidiary of Universal Bioenergy, which owns 49% of NDR.

Universal Bioenergy said that NDR's new electric power division, which will also include wholesale sales, is projected to generate $96 to $384 million in annual revenues.

Vince M. Guest, Universal Bioenergy's President stated, "We will market and distribute bulk wholesale electric power to some of our electric utility customers, and our expanding customer base, including federal and state agencies, the U.S. military, municipalities and large commercial and industrial companies. NDR Energy will be able to offer integrated energy solutions that will assist its growing customer base to buy, manage and use electricity and natural gas. We believe, based on our preliminary sales forecasts, we may initially sell 100,000 MW per month, and then increase that to 300,000 to 400,000 MW per month. The current prices of electric power are $60 to $80 per MW. Based on sales of power at $80 per MW, this could potentially result in additional revenues of $96 to $384 million annually from the sales of electric power alone. Electric power sales could position us to generate greater margins, and solid earnings for the Company and create an energy powerhouse."

Additionally, Universal Bioenergy Inc. recently announced that NDR Energy Group had entered into a supply contract with, "one of the largest competitive retailers of natural gas in North America."

Though an announcement did not specifically name the company, the description adequately described the company as, "one of the largest providers of gas, electricity, and related energy services to business and residential customers across North America. According to the Company, they are the largest competitive retailer of energy and related services in North America. With their corporate headquarters in Canada, they also have offices in Texas and Pennsylvania. The Company is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of a major energy company traded on the London Stock Exchange, headquartered in Great Britain, and is a leading supplier of energy and home services."
