Texas REP Seeks to Use Trade Names Kona Energy, Zone Energy

Iron Energy LLC applied for an amended Texas retail electric provider certificate to add the trade names Kona Energy and Zone Energy to the certificate.


Texas REP Files to Relinquish Certificate

DTE Energy Trading, Inc. filed to relinquish its Texas retail electric provider certificate as it is not currently serving any customers and has not served customers since being certificated in 2008. Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas had previously petitioned for the revocation of the DTE Energy Trading retail electric provider certificate for failure to serve customers within two years of the certificate being granted, as required by rule.


Diversegy, LLC Receives License in New State

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Diversegy, LLC an electric agent, broker, and consultant license.


CQI Associates Receives License in New State

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted CQI Associates LLC an electric agent, broker, and consultant license.
