As of approximately 11 p.m. local time December 3, ERCOT restored several systems, including Retail Transaction Processing and MarkeTrak, which had suffered an outage at approximately 1:00 a.m. on December 3.

Specifically, restored services include:

• MIS – Service Request

• Retail API

• Retail Transaction processing

As of about 7 a.m. this morning, ERCOT began working through backlogging and exceptions accumulated during the outage.

As of publication time, Find ESI-ID is functional, but sporadic and slow, and continues to be worked on. Find Transaction remains down.

ERCOT continues to work to restore the remaining impacted systems which include, but may not be limited to:

• Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Application

• ERCOT.com – manual postings

• MIS – Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application

• Remedy – Help Desk ticket creation
