Dayton Power & Light Files Revised Electric Security Plan
Dayton Power & Light has filed a revised application for an electric security plan to reflect the correction of certain errors and new calculations (12-0426-EL-SSO). There does not appear to be any substantive policy revisions with respect to default service procurement or other retail market issues. The competitive bid rate in the new filing has changed as a result of a change in demand billing determinants for the secondary, primary, primary-substation, and high voltage tariff classes and updates to the fuel rate.
