PSE&G Continuing to See Strong Monthly Migration to Competitive Supply

Public Service Electric & Gas saw another strong month of growth in the number of residential electric customers on competitive supply during November, according to the latest stats on the BGS auction site.

From the end of October to the end of November, Public Service Electric & Gas saw the number of residential electric customers on competitive supply increase by 7,700 accounts, up slightly from the growth of 7,300 during October.

From the end of October to the end of November, Jersey Central Power & Light saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 2,400 accounts, versus the growth of 3,500 accounts during October.

Atlantic City Electric saw residential migration to competitive supply grow by 2,300 accounts during November, up from growth of 1,700 accounts during October.

Rockland Electric saw residential migration growth of 191 accounts during November, versus growth of 220 accounts in October.

As a percent of residential accounts, migration to competitive electric supply in New Jersey as of November 30 was:

Atlantic City Electric: 18.59%

Jersey Central Power & Light: 18.35%

Public Service Electric & Gas: 13.45%

Rockland Electric: 10.11%
