The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has revoked the supplier and/or broker licenses of four additional companies, while reinstating the licenses of three companies after such companies filed their annual reports.

Specifically, PUCO revoked the licenses of:

• Arcelormittal USA LLC

• Commonwealth Energy LTD

• StonePillar Energy

• Tiger Natural Gas, Inc.

These licenses were revoked because PUCO said such companies failed to pay their respective 2012 assessments or respond to a show cause order regarding such failure.

Additionally, PUCO reinstated the broker/supplier licenses of the following companies after each filed their annual report for 2011.

• Sustainable Star, LLC

• Dynamic Energy LLC

• J. Andrew Associates, Inc. d/b/a Seven-Utility Management Consultants, LLC

GearyEnergy had also applied for reinstatement of its license after filing a late 2011 report, but PUCO did not grant reinstatement because the license had also expired under normal operation of the sunset date placed on each license. PUCO directed GearyEnergy to file a new application for a license, which GearyEnergy had already filed last week.
