Update on Reliant Marketing in Connecticut

As of January 10, 2013, all of the electric product offerings of Reliant Energy Northeast LLC in Connecticut have been to individual commercial and industrial customers, the company said in a filing with PURA.

Matters had first reported that Reliant had begun serving non-residential load at Connecticut Light & Power during October. Per the most recent migration statistics, Reliant was serving five non-residential accounts at CL&P as of November 30, and no accounts at United Illuminating.

Reliant said that as of January 10, 2013, it was not offering in Connecticut any standard electric product offerings applicable to an entire customer class.
