Barclays Bank PLC Receives Retail Supplier License

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Barclays Bank PLC a retail electric provider certificate as an Option 2 REP serving customers in excess of 1 MW which sign an affidavit agreeing to such service.

The application had been first reported by Matters.
