Start-up Aequitas Energy Launches Service

Start-up Aequitas Energy, Inc. has officially launched service in Connecticut, and is now posting residential offers on CT Energy Info.
The anticipated launch of Aequitas Energy by the end of January had been first reported by Matters.
At both Connecticut Light & Power and United Illuminating, Aequitas Energy is offering residential customers a fixed rate of 7.390¢/kWh through December 2013.
There are no early termination fees.
Commercial service is also available.
