Reliant Marketing Rangers, Texans Themed Products

Reliant is marketing several residential electricity plans in ERCOT themed with the state's professional sports teams, including the Houston Texans, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys.

Reliant is offering the "Texans Secure Advantage 12" plan at CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric and Texas-New Mexico Power. The 12-month fixed rate offers customers a football signed by Texans' wide receiver Andre Johnson for enrolling (while supplies last), and an invitation to a Texans autograph session. Additionally, Reliant will make a $25 donation to the Houston Texans Foundation on the customer's behalf.

At CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, Reliant's Texans Secure Advantage 12 plan includes an all-in, average fixed rate of 11.9 cents per kWh, at 1,000 kWh monthly usage

Reliant is also offering the "Rangers Secure Advantage 12" plan at Oncor. The 12-month fixed rate offers customers an autographed baseball signed by Rangers 2B Ian Kinsler for enrolling (while supplies last). At Oncor, Reliant's Rangers Secure Advantage 12 plan includes an all-in, average fixed rate of 11.0 cents per kWh, at 1,000 kWh monthly usage.

Additionally, Reliant is offering the "Cowboys Secure Advantage 12" plan at Oncor. The 12-month fixed rate offers customers an autographed football signed by Cowboys TE Jason Witten for enrolling (while supplies last), and an invitation to a Cowboys autograph session. At Oncor, Reliant's Cowboys Secure Advantage 12 plan includes an all-in, average fixed rate of 11.0 cents per kWh, at 1,000 kWh monthly usage.

Reliant has packaged Cowboys affinity items with its plans for some time.

Each of the products listed above includes a monthly fee of $9.95 for usage under 800 kWh and an early termination fee of $150.
