The Illinois Commerce Commission has issued an order to "Aurora Energy (A/K/A Aurora Energy, LLC)" requiring Aurora Energy to show cause why the Commission should not revoke its agent, broker, and consultant certificate for, "failure to possess the managerial resources and abilities to operate as an agent, broker or consultant in the State of Illinois."
The ICC's order states that such action was prompted by the receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that the Secretary of State has dissolved Aurora Energy pursuant to Section 35-25 of the Limited Liability Company Act [805 ILCS 180/35-25].
"The dissolution of the limited liability company calls into question the managerial resources and abilities to operate as an agent, broker or consultant in the State of Illinois," the ICC said.
An attachment to the ICC's order indicated that the entity Aurora Energy, LLC which is subject to the order is based in Chicago, IL.
