The Illinois Commerce Commission granted BFE Scheduling, LLC an alternative retail electric supplier license to serve non-residential customers 1 MW and larger at Commonwealth Edison and Ameren. BFE Scheduling, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beach Front Energy Holdings Company, LLC.

The Maryland PSC granted ClearlyEnergy, Inc. electric and natural gas broker licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
