New Retail Supplier Preparing to Launch in New York

NextEnergy Services LLC is applying for an ESCO license at the New York PSC, and has sought FERC market-based rate authorization.

In its FERC MBR application, NextEnergy said that it, "plans to sell electricity and natural gas to retail end use customers, both residential and commercial located in the NYISO region and is currently applying for an electric supplier's license from the New York State Department of Public Service."
