New Retail Supplier Lighthouse Energy Group, LLC Preparing to Launch Operations

Retail supplier Lighthouse Energy Group, LLC is preparing to launch operations and yesterday received market-based rate authority at FERC.

In its FERC MBR application, Lighthouse Energy Group stated that it intends to act as a retail energy supplier in various jurisdictions in the United States. As of the time of its May 6 application, Lighthouse Energy Group did not supply electricity or natural gas to retail customers.

Lighthouse Energy is owned by Arda Hovsepian, Carolyn Louro, and Kara Lulley

Ms. Hovsepian wholly owns ACG, LLC d/b/a Commercial Power and Commercial Power, LLC. ACG and Commercial Power each focus their business on energy consulting, and act as an energy broker. At the time of Lighthouse Energy Group's May application at FERC, ACG had a license pending before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to be licensed as a broker in the State of New Jersey.
