Crosslink Advisors LLC applied for a Connecticut electric aggregator certificate to serve all customer classes. As first reported by Matters, Crosslink Advisors was co-founded by Guy Morgan, who founded and led BlueStar Energy until its acquisition by AEP, and Brendan Biddlecom, who was previously Director of Business Development for BidURenergy and Energy Curtailment Specialists.
