Texas REP Granted Maryland Retail Supplier License

The Maryland PSC granted E-Now, LP d/b/a Electric Now and Energy Now LP an electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers. E-Now is active in the Texas retail market, focused on offering prepaid and no-credit check service. The PSC directed the company to provide a report 6 months and 12 months after entry into the Maryland market detailing the number and type of complaints it has received from customers in Maryland. E-Now is an affiliate of Spark Energy and is also an affiliate of the start-up Bargain Energy.

Choose Energy Seeks New License

Choose Energy, Inc. applied for an Ohio natural gas broker license to serve residential and small commercial customers in all service areas.

Global Energy Receives License in New State

The Maryland PSC granted Global Energy, LLC an electric broker license to serve all customer classes.
