Enertrade Electric Seeks Texas REP Certificate

Enertrade Electric, LLC has applied for an Option 1 Texas REP certificate.
The company, formerly organized as Nova Power, LLC, had sought a Texas REP certificate earlier this year, but the application had been dismissed without prejudice due to deficiencies with the filing.
Retail provider Texpo Power, LP d/b/a Nova Electric, which has no affiliation with Enertrade Electric, LLC, had protested Nova Power, LLC's original REP application, given Nova Power, LLC's "duplicative" name.
Genaro Gomez serves as President and CEO of Enertrade Electric, LLC.
The application for a REP certificate filed by Enertrade Electric, LLC on December 23 lists Rebecca Dupont as Vice President of Operations.
