The Nashua Regional Planning Commission serves the New Hampshire communities of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Pelham, Wilton and Windham.

"It is the intention of the Nashua Regional Planning Commission to provide aggregator services to municipalities in this geographic area only," the Commission said in its registration.

All but the Pelham accounts are served by Public Service of New Hampshire (PSNH). The Pelham New Hampshire accounts are served by Liberty Utilities. These accounts include, but are not limited to, schools, municipal buildings, street lights, traffic signals, pumping stations, and outdoor lighting.
