Specifically, start-up Volterra Energy LLC applied for a Texas REP certificate.
According to Texas Secretary of State records, the sole member of Volterra Energy LLC is Ahaan Partners LLC
According to Texas Secretary of State records, Neville Ravji serves as a managing member of Ahaan Partners LLC.
Ravji was a co-founder of Tara Energy and served as COO and later CEO for a number of years.
C Gibson is listed as Vice President of Volterra Energy on its REP application. Gibson previously held positions at Fulcrum Power (which for a period owned Tara Energy).
Tanveer Sayani is listed as Director of Operations for Volterra Energy on its REP application. Sayani was formerly Operations Billing and Accounts Receivables Manager at Fulcrum Power Services. Sayani also served in a similar role at Summer Energy.
