Direct Energy Offering Energy Supply & HVAC Bundle in New State

Direct Energy is now offering electricity and/or natural gas supply bundled with an HVAC service and repair plan in New York.
Direct Energy recently launched a similar program in Pennsylvania.
In New York, new Direct Energy residential electric and natural gas customers may receive a free, 12-month trial of the Heating and Cooling Repair Essentials Plan
The Heating and Cooling Repair Essentials Plan provides priority service when scheduling appointments, and any repair to the customer's HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system, up to $500 per visit, is covered at no cost. There is a $2,000 cap on repairs per year. At the end of 12 months, customers will have the opportunity to renew for $16.99 per month.
HVAC service will be provided by a local, verified company backed by Direct Energy. The plan is provided by Home Warranty of America, a Direct Energy company.
