Pennsylvania PUC Defers Action on FirstEnergy Solutions Investigation Order

At its public meeting yesterday, the Pennsylvania PUC without comment deferred consideration of action on an order in a proceeding docketed for an investigation of FirstEnergy Solutions' pass-through clauses. Consideration was postponed until the May 22 public meeting.

Freedom Energy Logistics Offering LED Lighting

Freedom Energy Logistics announced that it has partnered with Every Watt Matters in order to expand its product offerings to include LED Lighting Solutions. FEL said that it now offers turn-key energy efficient lighting upgrades, including financing, warranty and installation options.
