YEP Energy Offering Service in New Territory

Texpo Energy, and its YEP Energy and Southwest Power & Light brands, have begun posting pricing for the Sharyland Utilities LP territories newly opening to choice.

A variety of plans are offered by the companies, including monthly variable rates and fixed rates from 3 months to 36 months, standard and 100% renewable plans, and plans with various affinity donations and partnerships currently offered by the REPs in other service areas. All pricing below is based on Texas Power to Choose offers.

Southwest Power & Light is offering Sharyland Utilities residential customers a 12-month fixed plan with an average all-in rate of 13.3¢/kWh (all average prices quoted based on 1,000 kWh usage). The plan, which is an auto-pay e-plan, reflects an energy charge of 6.4¢/kWh plus a pass-through of TDU charges. A fee of $9.95 applies in billing cycles with less than 1,000 kWh usage. The plan includes an early termination fee of $175.

YEP Energy is offering Sharyland Utilities residential customers a 12-month fixed plan with an average all-in rate of 13.4¢/kWh. The plan, which is an auto-pay e-plan, reflects an energy charge of 6.5¢/kWh plus a pass-through of TDU charges. A fee of $9.95 applies in billing cycles with less than 1,000 kWh usage. The plan includes an early termination fee of $175.
