Direct Energy and the United States Bowling Congress have agreed on a sponsorship and member benefit package that will provide USBC members in select states the opportunity to receive preferred prices on energy services.

The multi-year agreement offers USBC members the opportunity to receive a preferred price on residential energy services. The offer only can be made available in states allowing for direct consumer choice of energy providers.

"We appreciate Direct Energy’s support of bowling and willingness to provide a great value on energy services for USBC members," USBC Managing Director of Marketing and Communications Jason Overstreet said. "Every night in bowling leagues across the country teammates help each other with advice, on and off the lanes. We are excited to introduce Direct Energy to our members and help put money back in bowlers’ pockets."

According to the USBC website, there were 1.79 million USBC members in the 2012-13 season
