Cirro Offering Service in New Territory

Cirro Energy, now part of NRG, has begun offering residential electric service at Sharyland Utilities, the service territory which recently opened to choice on May 1.

At Sharyland Utilities, Cirro is offering customers a fixed rate lasting 6, 12 or 24 months, as well as a 100% green 12-month fixed rate.

The standard 12-month fixed rate has an average all-in rate of 12.9¢/kWh, based on 1,000 kWh usage. This reflects a Cirro Energy Fixed Energy Price 6.14¢/kWh, a pass-through TDU volumetric charge of 5.79¢/kWh, and a pass-through TDU customer & meter monthly charge of $10.

The standard 12-month product includes a $150 early termination fee
