Volt Electricity Provider, LP has re-applied for a Texas retail electric provider license.
Maulin Patani and Kristee Santucci are listed as partners of Volt Electricity Provider on the application.
Volt Electricity Provider had previously applied for a Texas REP certificate with an application originally filed in September of last year, but the application was dismissed without prejudice for not properly demonstrating its compliance with the access to capital requirements.
