Direct Energy Expands Small Business Service to New Territory

Direct Energy Business has begun providing natural gas supply services to small business customers in the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) territory in northern and central California.

Direct Energy Business will be offering a 12-month fixed supply rate to small businesses at PG&E. A small business customer is defined as any commercial customer with up to 10,000 dekatherms in annual natural gas usage.

In April 2013, Direct Energy Business expanded its natural gas offerings into PG&E for its larger business customers. Direct Energy also has an established presence in California serving commercial and industrial customers with electric products, as well as energy services through its One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Mister Sparky brands.
