The Pennsylvania PUC announced that additional functionality has been added to the PA Power Switch website.
The PUC has added a "Sign Up for This Offer" link for each product offering on PAPowerSwitch.
The "Sign Up for This Offer" link directly links a visitor to the selected EGS's online enrollment page for a particular offer, as opposed to the current process of directing the customer to the EGS's homepage.
Additionally, the PUC has changed the current "View Offers" link for each product offering on PAPowerSwitch to read "View All Offers."
EGSs can only list up to three different products in each electric distribution company's service territory on PA Power Switch.
"To ensure that shopping customers have access to and can evaluate all current offers by a supplier, and not just those offers listed on PAPowerSwitch, the Commission provides the 'View All Offers' link directly under 'Sign Up for This Offer' for each product offering," the PUC said.
