PSC Sets POR Discount Rate to 0%

The Maryland PSC approved new purchase of receivables discount rates at Washington Gas Light, effective November 27, 2014
The new residential POR discount rate is 0%, versus the current 0.98%.
The WGL non-residential POR discount remains 0%.
