Texas Generator to Pay $70,000 Under Settlement With PUCT Staff

Wolf Hollow I Power, LLC would pay $70,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve alleged violations of ERCOT Protocols § 8.5.1.1 and ERCOT Operating Guide §§ 2.2.8 and 2.3.1.2, relating to primary frequency response (PFR).
Wolf Hollow I Power, LLC is the Resource Entity (RE) that represents the Generation Resource WHCCS_CC 1.
The settlement states that WHCCS_CC 1 failed to provide adequate PFR during 15 of 22 measurable events during the period October 2011 and ending with June 2012, including 11 failures while providing Responsive Reserve Service.
