Texas REP To Use New Brand, Phase-Out Existing Brand

Verde Energy, which recently acquired Texas retail provider Potentia Energy, will cease using the Potentia Energy brand, the company confirmed to EnergyChoiceMatters.com

Currently, the company's Texas REP certificate is in the certificated name of Potentia Energy, with Verde Energy USA Texas as a trade name.

Verde Energy has filed to change the certificated name to Verde Energy USA Texas, LLC, and in doing so, did not seek to retain Potentia as a trade name

Verde Energy confirmed to EnergyChoiceMatters.com that all new marketing in Texas will be under the name Verde Energy USA, Texas, and that the company will phase-out use of the Potentia brand.
