PUC Issues Warning Letter to Over Two Dozen Suppliers

The Pennsylvania PUC has issued warning letters to over two dozen electric generation suppliers (retail suppliers and brokers) concerning proof of a renewed bond or other security
Following up on notices sent over two years ago, the PUC informed EGSs that failure to respond may result in the cancellation of the company’s electric supplier license, removal of the company’s information from the Commission’s website, and notification to all electric distribution companies of the cancellation of the license

Document Served Date: From: 2/20/15* To: 3/4/15 Utility Type: Electric Leave all other fields blank
*Note: The vast majority of the recent bond renewal warnings letters were issued on or later than February 20, but a few were issued as early as February 5
