New York Sets Meetings on Supplier Consolidated Billing

The New York PSC Staff will convene a series of collaborative meetings to investigate and evaluate operational issues required for consolidated Energy Service Companies (ESCO) billing (CEB), "including how CEB can be constructed to be consistent with Commission rules and regulations including those governing termination of service for non-payment."
The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.
At this meeting, a full list of operational issues will be identified and one or more operational issues will be discussed in detail. A detailed agenda will be circulated in advance of the collaborative meeting.
