Harborside Energy of Massachusetts, LLC plans to sell electricity to retail end use customers located in New England and has a pending application for an electric supplier’s license before the Massachusetts DPU.
Another Harborside company, Harborside Energy, LLC, is active in the New Jersey retail electric and natural gas markets.
Harborside Energy of Massachusetts, LLC is owned by four individuals. Jeffrey V. Palmese, Sr. owns twenty-five percent (25%); Michael D. Palmese owns twenty-five percent (25%); Jeffrey V. Palmese, Jr., owns twenty-five percent (25%); and Christopher J. Palmese owns the remaining twenty-five percent (25%).
