Walmart Self-Supplier Files To Operate in More Service Areas

Texas Retail Energy, LLC, the self-supply arm of Walmart, filed an update to its New York ESCO retail access application form to include the additional electric service territories of Central Hudson, Consolidated Edison, Orange & Rockland, and Rochester Gas & Electric.

Texas Retail Energy was previously authorized to operate at Niagara Mohawk and NYSEG for electricity.

As with its current service areas, Texas Retail Energy would only serve non-residential customers in the new service areas
