Connecticut Issues Preliminary RPS Compliance Findings, Alternative Compliance Payments Required From Suppliers

The Connecticut PURA issued its preliminary findings and determination regarding each retail supplier's 2013 RPS compliance, including each company’s REC banking and required alternative compliance payments.

Suppliers are encouraged to review the information for any error or disputes in advance of a draft order

PURA also stated that about 20 retail suppliers did not submit contact information regarding RPS compliance as directed by PURA. See a list of such suppliers in the preliminary findings
