R.O.A.R. Energy Services Receives New License

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted R.O.A.R. Commercial, LLC d/b/a R.O.A.R. Energy Services, LLC an electric aggregator certificate to pool residential and commercial customers. As previously reported by Matters, R.O.A.R.'s target customers include commercial properties that utilize high energy usage in areas of manufacturing and related administrative offices and multi-family apartment complexes and office buildings. Guillermo J. Chavez serves as President and a Member of R.O.A.R. Commercial, LLC. Lawrence Holt serves as CEO and a Member of R.O.A.R. Commercial, LLC
