Retail market veteran Jon Gipson is leading a new energy broker, Efficient Power Tech LLC
Gipson serves as CEO and managing member of the start-up company, which has applied for a Texas electric aggregator certificate to service residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Gipson formerly served as COO of BlueRock Energy.
Gipson also served in leadership positions at natural gas marketers including GeoMet, Inc., Shamrock Energy LLC (which he founded), and Optigas, Inc.
