New Jersey Natural Gas announced that it will implement a bill credit, totaling $76 million, to residential and small commercial default service customers

The credit of $0.264 per therm for customers taking Basic Gas Supply Service will be in effect for natural gas usage between November 1, 2015 and February 29, 2016, and is attributed to lower supply costs.

The average residential heating customer, using 629 therms over the four-month period, will see a total credit of approximately $166.
