New POR Program To Begin December 1, Utility Confirms Discount Rates

Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company d/b/a Unitil will begin its electric purchase of receivables program on December 1, 2015
In a compliance filing, Unitil confirmed that the initial discount rates (Standard Complete Billing Percentages) will be:
Residential: 5.16%
Small & Regular General: 1.96%
Unitil will submit a POR filing on or about September 1st of each year that will include the calculation of the discount rates to be effective on December 1st for the subsequent year
