Texas Staff File Proposed Interest Rate Applicable to Deposits Held By REPs, Overcharges

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have filed a proposed order to set new interest rates applicable to REP deposits and over-billings
The interest rate for calendar year 2016 on deposits held by REPs would be 0.11 percent.
The interest rate for calendar year 2016 for over-billings and certain under-billings would be 0.18 percent.
