Raiden Commodities sought to withdraw, without prejudice to re-filing, a complaint filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas against ERCOT in which Raiden had sought an order directing ERCOT to resettle the market on two days on which Raiden alleged ERCOT's actions in the wake of hardware failures and data errors were inconsistent with the ERCOT protocols

Raiden notified the Commission that, "at this time," it no longer desired to prosecute its claims against ERCOT, "in this forum."
