Higher POR Discount Rate Approved At Delmarva

The Maryland PSC approved an update to the purchase of receivables discount rates at Delmarva, effective June 1, 2016, which includes an increase in the residential discount

Specifically, the residential POR discount will increase from 0% to nearly 1.1%

Delmarva's current and June 1, 2016 POR discount rates are below:
