Texas REP Reports Corporate Restructuring

Young Energy, LLC said in a filing to amend its Texas REP certificate that it is restructuring ownership through a single holding company, which, in turn is owned by the same individuals and entities that presently own Young Energy, LLC directly. The current owners of Young Energy, LLC will own the holding company in the same percentage ownership interests as they presently own Young Energy, LLC directly. Management of Young Energy, LLC will not change; all the officers and directors remain exactly the same. These changes will not impact Young Energy's ability to provide retail electric service to the citizens of Texas, the company said
