Columbia Utilities and PALMco announced the relocation of their corporate headquarters to the Bath Beach area of Brooklyn, New York.
Columbia Utilities provides electricity and natural gas to customers in the state of New York. Also headquartered in the Brooklyn offices, PALMco Energy services the states of Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
The new offices fill three floors of the building located at 8751 18th Avenue, Brooklyn. The 16,500 square foot space will enable the sister companies to meet their growth needs and will house the executive, marketing, sales, customer service, and operations staff of the two companies.
The new space will replace their previous 6,500 square foot headquarters near Borough Park, Brooklyn.
"These bigger offices represent our growth as we continue to provide quality service to our customers," said Robert Palmese, President of Columbia Utilities and PALMco Energy.
Columbia Utilities had been at its prior headquarters for 78 years
