The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Sun Family Interests, LLC d/b/a Texas Power Up an electric aggregator certificate to serve residential and commercial customers. Though Sun Family Interests, LLC is an established business, its electricity aggregation services are a start-up business.


Trade Name Electricity EZ Added to Texas Aggregator Certificate

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Brasovan Group LLC an amendment to its Texas electric aggregator certificate to add the trade name Electricity EZ to the certificate, which the company said would allow it to better target residential and small commercial customers.
