Information concerning meeting requirements for prior retail energy marketing experience was filed under seal.

As such, it was not immediately clear if the Herb Roberts who serves as COO of Plug Energy is the same individual who has held positions with several retail electric providers, including serving as Director of Multifamily Sales at Direct Energy and EVP at REPower Energy.
